From the beginning, Alves Drafting will meet with you to go over your design goals and this is what we consider to be the Initial Exploratory Phase.

We will work closely with you to come up with a design program that is unique to you and this is what will drive the overall design process. From there, we will proceed to completing our design phases outlined in our services with your input every step of the way.

You can customize what type of design services that is preferable to you based on your budget, timeline, and most importantly what works for you.

Lastly, your final approval will then allow us to submit the drawings to your selected contractor in which they will get the drawings permitted by the city/town of your project location and you will be on your way to making your design that much closer to reality!

Don’t have a selected contractor? No problem! We will then proceed with going through the bidding process in which a select number of contractors will submit their project proposals and then we will work with you to select the contractor that meet your needs.
